Goodbye Puerto Morelos or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Eat Cochinita Pibil Three Times in One Day

It was my last day in town, I was flying at an awkward time, and I already knew there was nothing worth eating at the airport. So I clearly was going to bring a torta with me as an early pre-flight dinner. And while I missed my shot at the place I wanted to try (only on Sundays starting at 6am and sold out by 8:30 as it happens), I did wind up going: tacos, tacos, torta.

Should have drained the bagged onions and triple tied the bagged salsa, but no matter. A soggy torta de cochinita is still a damned fine thing.
