A torta. A Cubana, to be precise. That means a pile of meats and other things, which included in this case (but do not for a second think is limited to):
Pierna (ham)
Hot dog (I wasn't expecting this because I forgot that's what "salchicha" is)
Chorizo (Mexican sausage)
Milanesa (breaded meat)
Egg
Beans (mashed black beans)
Avocado
Lettuce
Tomato
Onions (not in my case)
Also, I am pretty sure they buttered the outside of the bun and slapped it on the grill before assembling the whole blessed thing. Pure geniu.
Genius and delicious, but oh so silly.
