Ramiro

At Ramiro, we had percebes (barnacles!!!) (ugly as sin and a fun mess to eat), sapateira (crab dip with crab legs), camaroes à la aguillo (garlic shrimp), amêijoas à bulhão pato (clams in garlic broth) and canilha (which I can only find as Mediterranean murex, but which looks like a crazy spikey seashell).

You finish it all off with a bifana (steak sandwich), which somehow makes sense.

(We also had sea snails in Fundão, but without the right implements it was hard to get at them.)
