Made in the Highlands of Kenya (Limuru).
They offer a factory tour and tasting of specialty cheeses and lunch at the farm. The cheese tasting was terrific. We had a chive dipped cream cheese, chevre, brie, goat gouda, emolok (a sheep's milk cheese made with ash - yes, it's the black one), aged cheddar, aged cow gouda, and stone blue. This was accompanied by homemade bread, jams and chutneys. Plus appetizers and lunch!
They also produce amazing butter from a herd of Jersey cows.
I wasn't expecting a cheese tour on this particular trip.
