It was amazing. It's some kind of steamed rice noodles, which you get both "opened" and "closed" (meaning the rolled noodles can be unrolled or served as is.)
They come in some kind of a shrimp paste that is delicious, with a side of chili paste and a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
I was tempted to order another plate, bit that would have been silly. They are, after all, almost directly across the street from where I'm staying.
