And this pic can certainly not convey how jaw-droppingly good this was.
But to give you an idea, 1) I had to stop on the sidewalk and post this immediately, and 2) the only thing stopping me from returning to Volpetti and buying everything in the shop is my 8:00 dinner date.
Guess where I'm having lunch tomorrow?

If I could get on a plane right now and eat that sandwich (and give you a huge hug) and then eat some gnocchi and pasta and... you know I would baby. Big hugs from minus whatever. I think the temperature's going up a bit today. I hope.
