Today, Friday the Good, was the last day of Part II of The Great Road Trip of MMXI. It was also the first day of Part III.It was with a certain amount of sorrow and pre-emptive nostalgia that I bid farewell to my lovely travel companion. I should admit that I was slightly apprehensive about sharing 10 days with a sidekick (however charming) after travelling the open road alone for ten days, but she gave Part the Second of the trip a certain élan (I expected no less).
I am already weighing our next Food Trip, I mean, Road Trip options.
